POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage Force Protection Services and oversee radio communications in Federal Facilities nationwide. This role involves addressing both emergency and non-emergency calls while monitoring security alarm systems effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise Force Protection Services and radio communications, coordinating responses to a variety of situations, including:
    • Delivering messages through radio and telephone systems
    • Facilitating the activities of law enforcement and public safety personnel
    • Disseminating public safety information
    • Updating client records and responding to inquiries
  • Maintain composure and respond swiftly in high-pressure situations and emergencies.
  • Accurately document all calls and maintain comprehensive logs of alarm usage to ensure safety and effective communication.
  • Operate dispatch equipment, access databases, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Assist in training new dispatchers and conduct quality assessments on events.
  • Perform administrative duties, monitor CCTV feeds, and execute dispatch responsibilities for alternate locations as necessary.
  • Regularly test alarms, communication systems, and various devices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Applicants must be US Citizens
  • Must pass a background check
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to perform under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies
  • Strong communication skills and efficient handling of administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with dispatch systems is advantageous, but training will be provided
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a typing speed of 30 WPM without errors
  • Successful completion of Criticall testing is required prior to employment

WORK ENVIRONMENT
