POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage Force Protection Services and oversee radio communications in Federal Facilities nationwide. In this role, you will handle both emergency and routine calls while monitoring security alarm systems effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise Force Protection Services and radio communications, coordinating responses to a variety of situations, including:
    • Transmitting messages via radio and telephone
    • Facilitating the activities of law enforcement and public safety personnel
    • Disseminating public safety information
    • Updating client records and addressing inquiries
  • Maintain composure and respond swiftly in high-pressure situations and emergencies.
  • Accurately document all calls and maintain comprehensive logs of alarm activity for safety and effective communication.
  • Operate dispatch equipment, access databases, and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Assist in training new dispatchers and conduct quality assessments on events.
  • Perform administrative duties, monitor CCTV feeds, and fulfill dispatch responsibilities for alternate locations as necessary.
  • Regularly test alarms, communication systems, and various devices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants must be US Citizens.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
  • Strong communication skills and efficiency in handling administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with dispatch systems is preferred; however, training will be provided.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of typing at least 30 WPM without errors.
  • Completion of Criticall testing is required prior to employment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
