Foth Production Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Engineering Manager to enhance their team. The organization collaborates closely with consumer goods companies to address technical issues, optimize operational processes, and introduce innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison with clients regarding project initiatives
  • Plan and implement projects within financial and time constraints
  • Oversee all project tasks in alignment with the timeline
  • Generate new business prospects through effective project management
  • Set goals and provide constructive feedback for team members
  • Coordinate activities of the engineering design team and subcontractors
  • Develop project safety protocols and ensure compliance
  • Identify and implement improvements for operational efficiency
  • Travel as necessary for data collection and problem-solving

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering project management
  • Proficiency in project financial oversight and MS Office tools

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the food or beverage sector
  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • Licensed Professional Engineer

The compensation for this role is competitive and varies based on experience and location.
