As a Transportation Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a project team to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Developing, monitoring, and managing project budgets
  • Overseeing project scope, schedule, and staffing
  • Effectively communicating with clients
  • Ensuring adherence to project-specific delivery requirements
  • Leading project pursuits, securing contracts, negotiating terms, and providing updates as necessary

To excel from the outset, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with several years in project leadership
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in developing and managing project budgets
  • Familiarity with client standards and Quality Control processes
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits, client meetings, and conferences
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located
  • Willingness to occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related tasks
