Position Summary:

JT Engineering, Inc. is experiencing significant growth, and we are in search of a proficient Transportation Project Manager to enhance our vibrant team. This role is available in our Green Bay or Madison office.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Lead project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the development, monitoring, and management of project budgets.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and staffing requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Ensure compliance with project-specific delivery requirements.
  • Drive project pursuits, secure contracts, negotiate terms, and provide updates as necessary.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leverage internal resources for continuous professional development.
  • Administer our Quality Assurance processes for all projects.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with several years in a leadership role.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency in project budget development and management.
  • Familiarity with client standards and Quality Control processes.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for professional development and project-related activities.
