Job Title: Office Manager

As a key member of our team, the Office Manager will be responsible for leading the overall activities of the branch to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire branch staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee branch office functions, including phone service standards, clerical services, and collections.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly projections, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Evaluate performance, make salary recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of business management experience, preferably in sales and marketing.
  • P & L and asset management experience, as well as sales management skills.
  • Ability to set and surpass aggressive sales, service, and profit goals.
