The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the office services team at Canon U.S.A., Inc. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in supervising activities at the site location, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise tasks or special projects at the site location, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among employees or between clients and staff, involving the Site Manager as needed.
  • Train new employees on job duties and cross-train current staff to ensure a high level of proficiency.
  • Complete required logs, reports, and other paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform quality checks on all work to ensure exceptional standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a reprographic or mail setting is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance are essential.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Physical activity is required, including bending, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • May lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
