Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

  • Represent the voice of the client within the organization, communicating feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing valuable insights with clients.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success management or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of AI applications in business contexts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly in data analytics or risk management, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to driving client success.
