We are currently seeking *Guest Services Coordinators* to enhance our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Uphold the establishment's sanitation and safety standards to protect both guests and staff.
  • Warmly greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Guide guests to their designated tables, present menus, and introduce them to their servers.
  • Utilize visual cues to effectively seat guests in either the bar or dining area.
  • Interpret non-verbal cues and body language to enhance guest experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly, adhering to the established phone etiquette.
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining area, providing accurate wait times when necessary.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong commitment to learning and a desire to grow within the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a professional attitude.
  • Impeccable grooming standards, good hygiene, and adherence to the required uniform.
  • A willingness to accept constructive feedback from management and colleagues.
  • A current TB Clearance.
