We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at PrismHR. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with questions and issues related to our software application, including resolving support requests and troubleshooting issues.
- Identify and escalate application defects and priority issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Interact with clients to provide information and resolve inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.
- Offer alternative solutions to prevent disruption in client activities and ensure seamless support.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Maintain client confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Develop and sustain productive customer relationships by making clients and their needs a primary focus.
- Stay current with system information, changes, updates, and new releases to provide expert support.
- Collaborate with the QA department to ensure high-quality product testing and development.
- Contribute to written documentation and knowledge base to enhance client support and resources.
- Provide training and support to internal employees and clients as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with PrismHR, HRPyramid, or other PEO or ASO software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and human resources.
- Knowledge of payroll and payroll accounting operations to provide expert support.
- Ability to work effectively in antagonistic situations and resolve conflicts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support position is desired but not required.
- Experience with Vertex, Mastertax, Quickbooks, Peachtree, or Great Plains is a plus.
- Experience setting up and maintaining Client Accounting in PrismHR and a general understanding of Financial Accounting.
- American Payroll Association certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Excellent phone and people skills.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps is a plus.
