  • Identify and escalate application defects and priority issues, and provide resolutions to reported issues.
  • Offer alternative solutions to prevent disruption in client activities and maintain client confidence.
  • Stay current with system information, changes/updates, and new releases, and assist the QA department in product testing.
  • Contribute to written documentation and provide occasional training for internal employees and externally for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and payroll accounting operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent listening skills and phone and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial accounting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps a plus.
