Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

At Boeing Distribution Services Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional customer support and services. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts and provisioning products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer purchase orders to assess requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders, including order entry and portal management.
  • Interact with warehouse teams and other functions to resolve order issues and ensure timely shipment.
  • Perform research in Cardex (ERP) to resolve order issues and prioritize orders with high complexity and urgency.
  • Resolve customer claims with functional departments, including Accounting, Quality Assurance, and Credit & Rebill.
  • Maintain pipeline health on part usage/demand and collaborate with customers, Sales, and Planners.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of related work experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in numeric reasoning and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Experience in aerospace hardware sales and knowledge of the aerospace/aviation industry.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is not negotiable for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
