Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Boeing Distribution Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for analyzing supplier and customer data, processing material returns, and resolving delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer purchase orders to assess requirements
  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders, including order entry and portal management
  • Interact with warehouse staff and other functions to ensure timely order resolution
  • Perform research in Cardex (ERP) to resolve order issues
  • Review and action open orders pending resolution
  • Ensure timeliness of shipment through internal coordination and liaison with other functional stakeholders
  • Resolve customer claims with functional departments, including Accounting, Quality Assurance, and Credit & Rebill
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support
  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or related field of study
  • Associate Degree in Business (preferred)
