Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at PrismHR. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving support requests, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with our development team to address and replicate scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with questions and issues related to our software application, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Identify and escalate application defects and priority issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Interact with clients to provide information and support, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer alternative solutions to prevent disruption in client activities and ensure seamless support.
  • Collaborate with our QA department to test and validate software releases.
  • Contribute to written documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to internal employees and external clients as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience with PrismHR, HRPyramid, or other PEO/ASO software is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and human resources.
  • Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps is a plus.
