Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with policy-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our agents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding life insurance products, policy-servicing systems, and billing information.
  • Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Process premium payments and maintain accurate policy information, including name, address, and beneficiary changes.
  • Learn and apply customer service techniques, phone and email etiquette, life insurance products, and other relevant skills to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
