Our mission is to provide exceptional support to agents and their teams regarding life insurance offerings, policy management systems, and billing inquiries. You will gain valuable skills in customer service, communication etiquette, and in-depth knowledge of life insurance products.

Position Overview
This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for:

  • Addressing inquiries from agents and their teams about life insurance products and related systems.
  • Providing support to customers through both inbound and outbound communication.
  • Maintaining current policies by processing premium payments.
  • Updating policy details by handling requests for changes such as names, addresses, and beneficiaries.
  • Acquiring knowledge in customer service practices, communication skills, and life insurance offerings.

Key Skills Required
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Customer Service experience (minimum of 1 year required).
  • Telephone Etiquette skills (preferred experience of 1 year).
  • Typing proficiency (preferred experience of 1 year).
  • Basic Software and Computer Skills (1 year of experience required).
  • Active Listening abilities (preferred experience of 1 year).
  • Customer Support experience (preferred experience of 1 year).
  • Data Entry skills (preferred experience of 1 year).

Qualifications
Applicants should have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Entry-level experience is acceptable.

The pay for this position will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job responsibilities, and certifications.
