About the Role

The YMCA of Greater Erie is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Glenwood YMCA location. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process membership enrollments and provide facility tours
  • Communicate with members on programs available and provide information on the YMCA's mission and services
  • Balance daily work and maintain a clean and organized welcome desk
  • Ensure compliance with YMCA standards and government regulations
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
