The Stevens Law Group seeks an experienced Office Manager to oversee its day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment, staff onboarding, performance management of staff, and general office organization and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, assist with recruitment, staff onboarding, and performance management of staff.
  • Develop and enforce HR and other office procedures and policies.
  • Organize training sessions and identify professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an office manager, HR manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Familiarity with family law practices is a plus but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
