Job Summary
Custom Forest Products is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Owners activities and schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, expense management, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Calendar Management: Control, manage and prioritize calendars, plan meetings, appointments and conferences.* Travel Coordination: Manage all aspects of travel.* Meeting Preparation: Carefully prepare meeting agendas, material and presentations. Attend meetings as required and follow up on action items.* Expense Management: Tracking and managing the executives expenses.* Administrative duties: Drafting emails and internal memos, preparing reports and managing correspondence. Creating presentations, acting as liaison to management team, manage workflow and deadlines. Maintain digital and hard copies, assist with project coordination, tracking and assigning tasks and monitoring timelines and completions.

Requirements
* Bi-Lingual both verbal and written (Spanish)* Bachelors degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an executive support role.* Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.* Strong customer service and administrative skills.* Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.* Ability to manage high-level calendars

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
