Key Responsibilities- Coordinate office functions and provide administrative services for all Campus Operations departments
- Serve as primary administrator of computerized Maintenance Management System (MMS)
- Enter new users, budget codes, and equipment into MMS
- Receive and enter daily maintenance work order requests into MMS
- Monitor blanket POs for department and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and releases for payment
- Compare purchase orders to budget
You will also be responsible for assisting with daily needs and resolving issues in the Maintenance, Custodial, Grounds, and HVAC departments, as well as serving as a backup to support college fleet vehicles.
