Job Summary: As the Office Manager, you will oversee staffing, human resources, and administrative tasks. This includes recruitment, staff onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation. A proven track record in office management or HR, along with excellent communication skills, is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, manage conflicts, and ensure workplace harmony.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help address performance issues.
  • Administrative Management: Supervise administrative staff, maintain office workflows, and ensure deadlines are met.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or HR in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with family law practices is beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation: Estimated salary range: $65,000-$75,000 based on experience.
