Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Tuckaway Child Development.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to foster the whole child
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in a safe and healthy environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition between home and school
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements

  • Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position
  • Have previous experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Be able to satisfy the applicant background report by state regulations
  • Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
  • At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or credits in early childhood are desirable
