Job Overview

Active Minds Daycare and Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them develop essential skills for future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our preschool-age children.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
  • Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and encourage children to take ownership of their learning.
  • Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing regular feedback and communication with parents or guardians.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped classroom environment that supports our educational programs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on early childhood education or a related field.
  • Dependability and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and education to our children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, with a background check required for all employees.
