Job Title: Regional Quality Manager

Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Manager to lead our quality team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the performance, development, and career growth of local quality team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the regional quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Quality Engineering and the Director of Quality Systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Guide the implementation of good practices in offices and depots across the region.
  • Oversee local technical topics, including equipment setup, maintenance, calibration, and qualification.
  • Assist in regional/local interpretation of regulations and oversee the assessment of deviations.
  • Provide support for inspections, audits, and audit responses.
  • Support the follow-up and resolution of pending local or regional activities.
Requirements:
  • Advanced understanding of Quality Management processes (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Advanced GxP expertise (e.g., local GMP, GDP, and regulatory aspects).
  • Experience working in a GXP environment for at least 5 years, preferably 10 years.
  • Post-graduate course in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions, and business writing.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with associates at all levels within the company and external parties.
