About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to fill the position of Director of OEM Sales for Travel Luggage and Bags at BSF Talent Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new OEM client resources for luggage and bags
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients
  • Monitor market dynamics, analyze industry trends, and develop targeted sales plans

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8+ years of experience in business development for the travel luggage and bag OEM industry
- Proven track record of developing new OEM client relationships and driving sales growth
- Excellent client relationship management skills, adept at communicating and negotiating with clients
- Skilled at formulating and executing sales strategies, with extensive experience in developing large international travel luggage and bag clients
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to work efficiently with cross-departmental teams

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
