Job Description

At Apex Innovations, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Long-term Capacity Planning: Develop and implement long-term capacity plans to meet sales projections and customer demands.
  • Short-term Capacity Planning: Manage short-term capacity requirements, including machine and personnel planning, to ensure efficient production.
  • Capacity Peak Management: Identify and implement measures to mitigate capacity bottlenecks and overhangs.
  • Planning and Implementation Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure effective planning and implementation of production schedules.
  • General Tasks: Perform general tasks related to organization, optimization, and control of production processes.
  • Deadline Tracking: Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
Requirements
  • Technical Education: Possess a technical education or equivalent qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Have professional experience in the stainless steel industry, preferably with Apex Innovations.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and Structure: Show a reliable, structured, and independent work style.
  • Teamwork and Responsibility: Demonstrate strong teamwork and personal responsibility skills.
