The Judge Group is a leading recruitment agency partnering with top companies in the food manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Quality Assurance to join our client's team.
Job Summary:This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Quality Assurance to work with a leading food manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, conducting product and process evaluations, and collaborating with internal and external teams on technical matters.
Responsibilities:- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Conduct and oversee product and process evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on technical matters related to manufacturing and quality control.
- Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Liaise with various departments on quality-related matters to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Champion and promote safety and quality standards throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., engineering, food science).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control principles and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.
