Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and commissioning of Allen Bradley PLC (ControlLogix) systems for automation across various manufacturing facilities.
- Design and program Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems, ensuring efficient operator interactions and system functionality, with a preference for Wonderware (Aveva) ArchestrA System Platform.
- Provide on-site support for automation and controls systems, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with third-party controls engineering partners to deliver and manage key projects.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix).
- Demonstrated expertise in HMI development, preferably within Wonderware (Aveva) ArchestrA System Platform.
- Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry or similar environments with high sanitary standards.
- Strong background in designing and specifying process control systems, including hardware, control panels, and communication protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in controls engineering within the food & beverage or consumer goods sectors.
- Familiarity with MES platforms,.NET programming, SQL databases, and Ethernet/IP communication.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for project support at various Daisy Brand manufacturing sites.
