Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at American Axle & Manufacturing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and plant facilities to ensure optimal operation.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in manufacturing equipment
- Install, move, and align new and existing equipment
- Set up and operate various types of machine shop equipment
- Perform gas and electric welding operations
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Technical education and/or experience in maintenance and repair
