Key Responsibilities- Demonstrated experience in Fashion Events, Networking, and Trade Exhibitions.
- Preferred educational background: BS/BA Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Sponsorship Coordination role.
- Minimum of 3 years in managing large-scale events, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer coordination.
- Plan and execute community and fundraising events.
- Foster strong relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and community representatives to enhance their engagement with the organization.
- Oversee the recruitment, retention, and management of volunteers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event organization.
- Coordinate essential services for events, including accommodations, transportation, facilities, catering, signage, and security.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage logistics and catering permits.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations effectively.
- Demonstrate strong planning and problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities.
- Develop and enhance content for print, digital, and social media to effectively communicate with the public and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent computer skills.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution.
- Work independently as a self-starter, managing your own workload efficiently.

- We are looking for a proactive individual who can enhance event attendance, boost brand visibility, and generate new leads through creative marketing strategies.
- Create engaging marketing materials that inspire our target audience to participate in our events.
- Familiarity with various marketing tools, including email marketing, landing page design, and social media campaigns, with a focus on testing and optimizing strategies.
- Write articles and press releases for distribution across media outlets and manage media relations.
- Regularly compose and distribute e-newsletters.
- Collaborate as a team player, supporting other areas of the business as necessary.

- Assist in maintaining and updating a content-rich organizational website.
Job Type: Full-time, bonus eligibility based on performance.
