Key Responsibilities- Assist the Property Manager in the management of property operations, including staff supervision, resident relations, and vendor management.
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and report on property performance metrics, including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests and repairs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide training and support to front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and effective communication with residents.
- Assist with the development and implementation of property budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor and report on property expenses, including utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of property financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage and respond to resident emergencies and concerns.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve property performance.
- Knowledge of property management software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
