Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our production team as an Electronics Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a diverse range of electronic instruments and subsystems while adhering to precise work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic sub-assemblies, modules, wire harnesses, and systems.
  • Interpret and follow work instructions, including production drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Perform soldering and touch-up on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA).
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a production team.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in electronic assembly, soldering, and following technical diagrams.
  • Proficient in following manufacturing instructions, including wiring diagrams.
  • Capable of using hand and light power tools safely.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to production schedules.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and accessing work instructions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for export control licenses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with IPC-610 standards.
  • Experience with AGILE or similar document management systems.
