As a result of our expanding operations, we are seeking a Professional Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing agency. We focus on temporary-to-permanent placements and direct hiring of skilled and professional candidates. The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years of education, experience, or a combination of both in the staffing or human resources recruitment sectors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Hmong is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Solid computer and internet research skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with clients as needed.
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source qualified candidates for client job openings.Conduct interviews and independently assess candidates for hiring suitability.Manage new hires, including setting start dates, discussing salary adjustments, and handling employment transitions.Collaborate with management to determine recruitment needs.Develop effective recruitment strategies and plans.Analyze job requirements to create accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles.Clarify job specifications and required competencies.Align candidate profiles with staffing goals.Source applicants through various channels, including advertising and career fairs.Maintain strong relationships with professional networks to attract qualified candidates.Pre-screen applicants to assess qualifications.Review resumes to determine candidate suitability.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the position and the company.Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback post-interview.Verify candidate references and conduct background checks.Facilitate pre-employment assessments.Manage all candidate communications.Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress.Oversee the applicant tracking system.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date applicant database.Extend job offers in accordance with company policies.Handle job offer negotiations and administration.Draft rejection letters as necessary.Organize orientation for new employees.Stay informed about current sourcing strategies and industry trends.

The successful candidate will possess reliable transportation, flexibility, and the ability to make independent decisions. Establishing effective communication with internal teams is crucial. The ability to work autonomously after training is essential.
