Market Strategy and Team Leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Commercial Manager, LPG HK to lead our sales team and develop a market strategy to exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a division and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain insights into the markets and industry to define the market strategy and action plan.
  • Lead and develop the team through our performance management development process.
  • Drive sales strategies to meet plan and expand business.
  • Collaborate with business collaborators to drive business growth.
  • Partner with the marketing department to support the development and execution of marketing programs and sales materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • More than 10 years of proven experience in leading a division.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
