Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to lead our LPG business in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a market strategy to drive sales growth and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a market strategy to drive sales growth and exceed targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through effective mentorship and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business objectives and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • More than 10 years of proven experience in leading a commercial team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Proven ability to lead and resolve complex situations and conflicts
