Position Summary and Requirements
As a Client Associate II, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of our product offerings to provide exceptional consultative support to clients and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate in a dynamic environment to meet organizational goals.
- Offer guidance and information to departmental contacts for optimal document preparation and printing.
- Manage print jobs, ensuring high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Merge variable data into standardized formats.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
- Set up, operate, and maintain various processes, including managing job queues and troubleshooting complex workflow challenges.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with coursework or experience in Desktop Publishing or related fields.
- Preferred experience in graphic design applications and document management.
