About the Role

ISHPI Information Technology is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our IT Support team, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and systems issues through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and systems issues.
  • Act as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Escalate moderate to highly complex technical issues to senior team members.
  • Provide specialized support for certain aspects of technologies to assist the customer base.
  • Support call overflow during peak times or reduced staff during off-peak hours.
Requirements
  • Accredited BS degree or higher and four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Active DoD M IAT Level II certification, such as Comptia Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND SSCP, or higher level.
  • Clearance Requirement: Selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain required security clearance. Active clearance preferred.
