Position Summary and Requirements
As a Client Associate II, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of our product offerings to deliver high-quality consultative interactions with clients and effectively resolve issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert consultation and information to departmental contacts for optimal document preparation and printing.
- Manage print jobs with precision, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Merge variable data into standardized formats.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all critical requirements and deadlines are met.
- Set up, operate, and maintain all processes, managing job queues and troubleshooting complex workflow challenges.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with coursework or experience in Desktop Publishing, graphics, or related fields.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in graphic design applications, page layout, and file management.
