Job Overview

MPF Federal LLC is looking for a Senior Technical Information Specialist to contribute to our initiatives.

Role Summary:

  • Deliver administrative and clerical assistance to develop scientific documentation, memos, and supplementary materials for evaluations and presentations at various committee meetings.
  • Conduct reviews, ensure quality, and compile briefing packages, scientific memos, and other resources intended for public access on relevant platforms prior to advisory committee sessions.
  • Assess documents for adherence to established style guidelines and implement necessary corrections.
  • Rectify any inconsistencies in formatting, including the titling and numbering of tables and charts.
  • Guarantee compliance with style guides, maintain consistent numbering of figures and charts, and standardize formatting. Identify and amend discrepancies in formatting, numbering, references, etc.
  • Collect additional details regarding incident reports categorized as compounding.
  • Create PDF versions of briefing packages and incorporate internal bookmarks to enhance navigation through scientific materials and references.
  • For in-person gatherings, manage the printing, organization, and distribution of physical copies of briefing materials.
  • Offer additional clerical and document preparation support as necessary to ensure all meeting materials are accessible to the public and participants.
  • Prepare physical documents/files for imaging and utilize provided hardware and software for imaging tasks.
  • Produce duplicate copies of records and materials as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reviewing, analyzing, classifying, and interpreting scientific regulatory submissions, as well as organizing and editing documents according to defined standards.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficient in computer usage, particularly with the standard Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in formatting and editing documents across various formats (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.) and utilizing bookmarks effectively.
  • Background in quality control, managing document tracking databases, and inventorying records.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, adept at time management, and detail-oriented with a strong capacity for performing quality checks on completed work.
  • Ability to complete tasks in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and capable of obtaining necessary clearances.
