Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective delivery of dialysis treatments
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
  • Perform laboratory work and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in infection control and risk management activities
