Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop effective care plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Current MT RN licensure, required.
- Current CPR certification and up-to-date knowledge of First Aid.
- NCLEX certification or a RN license in another state.
