About the Job:

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team for a travel assignment in a medical facility. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals to interpret.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate X-ray and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Develop and process X-ray films and other imaging media
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Imaging or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • 1+ year of experience in Diagnostic Imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
