Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Diagnosis and Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including brakes, transmissions, shocks, struts, and alignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the work performed and their vehicles are returned to them in excellent condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Tool Maintenance and Management: Maintain and manage your own tools, ensuring they are in good working order and meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in automotive repair, with a strong background in tire and wheel repair.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Tools: Must have own tools, with a willingness to invest in additional tools as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
