Position: OEM Account Manager
Role Overview:
- Oversee OEM accounts pertaining to designated BCS products, cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders in procurement and engineering.
- Fulfill strategic objectives established by company leadership.
- Formulate and implement account strategies that align with organizational and product line ambitions.
- Proactively evaluate customer requirements, market trends, and potential risks to inform business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in an Account Management role with Tier 1 suppliers for prominent automotive manufacturers.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of automotive component manufacturing and associated processes.
- Proficient knowledge in automotive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) Sensors and Switches.
- Excellent communication skills in various environments.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to travel as required to meet job obligations.
