Regional Vice President, Ultra High Net Worth

The Regional Vice President, UHNW is responsible for driving sales momentum for our financial planning teams by identifying, initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with ultra-high net worth prospects. This role will support Mercer's efforts to attract new ultra-high net worth clients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue ultra-high net worth prospects to drive sales growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at ultra-high net worth clients
• Collaborate with sales and wealth management teams to ensure seamless client relationship building and business development activities
• Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and track progress
• Implement company policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated experience engaging ultra-high net worth clients
• Series 65 or combination of Series 7 and Series 66 license required
• Comprehensive industry and investment management knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
• Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments
• Experience determining the needs of partners and prospects through probing questions, offering solutions, and asking for the right actions
• Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to travel up to 30-40%
Work Schedule:
Position will include daytime and evening hours.
Working Conditions:
Professional or home office environment. Traveling, standing, and sitting.
