Job Summary:

RICEFW Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on technical topics
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of helpdesk software and tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
