Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 120-unit apartment community, Holly Acres Apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of property managers, ensuring excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Manage property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous property management experience.
  • 1 year of previous supervisory experience.
  • 6 months of previous customer service experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with property management software, such as Entrata.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong marketing and supervisory skills.
