Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Inland Companies, a market leader in real estate services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring excellent tenant and client experience, and maintaining high property standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as secondary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.
  • Oversee and manage tenant improvements and move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Develop budgets and establish and manage annual property operating expenses.
  • Ensure regular property maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Collect rent in compliance with lease terms.
  • Review and reconcile tenant improvements, tenant rent, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges.
  • Ensure periodic regular property inspection.
  • Prepare monthly reports on property performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports.
