About the Role

Hawthorne Lane is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the attorneys in developing effective marketing strategies and business development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support client development initiatives for the firm, working closely with attorneys to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments throughout the firm to initiate new programs geared towards enhancing client satisfaction, including research and analysis of prospective clients.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and compile client-related pitch materials for attorney review, ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of development practices, generate reports, and analyze results to inform future business development strategies.

About You
  • Experienced professional with a minimum of two to three years of marketing and analytical experience, preferably in a law firm.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Team player who works well in a collaborative environment and is comfortable coming to others for help.
  • Focused individual who enjoys producing high-quality work and results in a fast-paced environment.
