We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. as a Medical Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the global go-to-market (GTM) plan for SAP on AWS in the Healthcare and Lifesciences industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to drive sales and adoption of SAP on AWS in the Healthcare and Lifesciences industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the GTM plan.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise on SAP on AWS solutions and their applications in the Healthcare and Lifesciences industry.
- Work closely with AWS industry teams to tailor industry content for SAP customers and align with SAP's industry teams to introduce complementary GTM offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP business development, strategic partnerships, or program/product management.
- 10+ years of working with customers in helping them with technology decisions, preferably in cloud, hosted, and managed services in the technology industry.
- 7+ years of experience in the Healthcare and Lifesciences industries.
- Recent experience in working with cloud-native and containerized workloads.
- Familiarity with AWS services and how they can be used to modernize SAP.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
